1 – Conduct research to enable and develop its activities,
2 – Organize educational activities such as courses, seminars, conferences, and panels,
3 – Acquire all necessary information, documents, records, and publications to achieve the purpose, establish a documentation center, and publish newspapers, magazines, books, and bulletins to announce its activities in line with its objectives,
4 – Ensure a healthy working environment to achieve the purpose, and procure all necessary technical equipment, fixtures, and stationery supplies,
5 – Engage in fundraising activities with the necessary permissions and accept donations from within the country and abroad,
6 – Establish and operate economic, commercial, and industrial enterprises to obtain the necessary income to achieve the association’s objectives,
7 – Open social and cultural facilities for members to benefit from and utilize in their spare time, and furnish these facilities,
8 – Organize or facilitate participation in events such as dinners, concerts, balls, theater performances, exhibitions, sports, trips, and entertainment activities to develop and maintain interpersonal relationships among members,
9 – Acquire, sell, rent, lease, and establish real rights on movable and immovable property needed for association activities.
10 – Establish foundations, federations, or join existing federations domestically and internationally, if deemed necessary to achieve the purpose, and establish facilities that associations are permitted to establish with the necessary permissions.
11 – Engage in international activities, become a member of associations or organizations abroad, and collaborate or cooperate with these organizations.
12 – Undertake joint projects with public institutions and organizations in areas falling within their jurisdiction, subject to the provisions of Law No. 5072 on Relations of Associations and Foundations with Public Institutions and Organizations, if deemed necessary to achieve the purpose.
13 – Establish funds to meet the essential needs such as food, clothing, and other goods and services, as well as short-term credit needs of association members.
14 – Open representative offices where deemed necessary.
15 – Create platforms with other associations, foundations, unions, and similar civil society organizations to achieve common goals in areas related to the association’s purpose and not prohibited by laws.
